The preexistence of JL&C Furniture is Taiwan MIHO COMPANY, which was established in 1991. We cooperated with a German company and exported worldwide for 17 years. Our Shanghai design center and factory pursue perfection in all details. Till now, our collections are available in more than 40 countries over Middle East, Europe, Asia, Australia, North America and other areas. "Pursuit of Perfection" is the quality concept of JL&C Furniture. Aiming at the perfect realization of our designs, we persist in experiment and innovation of extensive furniture-making crafts and materials over the past 17 years. Each design is rigorously evaluated before production. To create perfect final effects, each model is made by the most excellent craftsman in our research department, and adjusted by the design team.
In production, we apply the highest standard quality control systems. All the raw materials and semi-finished products are under 100% overcritical inspection. This is a time-consuming and exhaustive work. No defects will be negelected and pass quality inspection. The production takes more than 100 steps from material sourcing to the packing. Standardized production and inspection is executed in every procedure. Solid wood, fiber board, metals, glass and stones are creatively made use of. High-end PU, PE, NC paint, piano paint, gloss paint, gold & silver foil painting are generously used for the finish. Combinations of leather, fabric, and machine sewing are also flexibly adopted.
